My Husband and I went to this Chili?s Feb 13 for a pre Valentine Dinner. We waited about 10 min before our waitress helped us and when she did it took forever to get our food. While we waited for our food we noticed all of the employees just standing around chatting to one another at the bar. When our food came out I asked for 2 small cups of butter one for me and one for my husband for our corn on the cob, when we finally got the butter we were finished eating our dinner and all we had left was our COLD corn on the cob. When the waitress FINALLY brought the butter she said ?No one person should have this much butter? Which first off she has NO RIGHT to tell me how much butter I can or can?t have. Needless to say we didn?t eat our COLD corn on the cob we paid the bill and left. I immediately went home and did there survey online. I wrote them a detailed letter and this Friday will be a month and I have still haven?t heard ANYTHING from Chili?s. There was never a Manager in view. We use to love Chili?s we went there quite often but refuse to go now.
Pros: Love the food
Cons: Horrible Service and No Managers in view
