I've been a member since I moved to Houston 6 months ago. The trainers are very helpful, equipments are new and the bets thing is it HUGE so you don't have to wait when it's crowded. I recommend personal training with them. I've been training with Brandi Watkins for 6 months now and the changes are very obvious. It might be a little expenssive but I tell you it's worth every penny. I only pay for three hours per week yet Brandi is there for me all time even on her weekends. She actually drove once on her day off to help me with my training.
Pros: 24 hours open, great trainers, they have different memebership plans, rock climbing wall available
