100% satisfied. But I must admit when I came across the price at first, I was like no way. Now, I am a two time fusion valued customer and I am ready to go back to update my style for a third time. The amount of money you spend here is reasonable for the quality of hair style you get. If you go somewhere else, they are most likely to charge you a high price simply because Beyonce' or Jessica Simpson are known for a wanted style although, their hair skills do not add up to the money they want you to spend. If you're going to spend any money to get your hair done, spend where it iwell ( I am spending mine at 'Hair Extensions New York')!
Pros: Listen to their advise; they are very experienced and know what's best.
Cons: Only in New York and South VA . I wish one was closer to me :(
