First of all the people at Group 3 Aviation were great from the first time I called for information. Alicia was awesome and took the time to really find out what we wanted to see to make our helicopter flight experience the best. That was a plus for me. I had called other companies and all just wanted me to hurry up and book. My boyfriend and I did the Hollywood with the Beach tour which was 45 minutes. Our pilot Rick was so nice and professional - and went over safety before the ride. I'm a nervous flier but he made me feel better. The minute we were in the air - I was really amazed. We saw all the best parts of Los Angeles. The sunset was amazing over Santa Monica and Malibu. Rick was giving us all the scoop on the L.A. history and celebrity homes - stuff we never knew. We saw Brad Pitt's home, Cher's home, Courtney Cox home and Gisel (sp?) and Tom Brady home!!! I'll be returning - I was also offered a discount if I book again - so I am gonna do it! This is a great idea to do as a gift too. We were so glad we did it. We were bragging to our friends for many days and i really recommend this place - I did shop around but the fact that you get old fashioned great customer service is worth it to me. They are in Van Nuys airport and are very nice people. All I can say is JUST DO IT you will not regret it!
