Review content:
i guess this isn't fair of me b/c on a normal basis, this place rocks. but just get their fresh food, i.e. bagels, coffee. i had a bad experience with the trail mix sold at the counter. i bought one, came home and ate the most horrific trail mix i've ever had. actually, it was expired, which i didn't notice until i ate it and realized it was really old. when i returned it, i really didn't expect cash back or even an exchange b/c i didn't save the receipt or even any remaining mix. i threw it out, the whole bag. but the owner said since i didn't return a portion of it, i couldn't exchange it. that didn't bother me as much as her attitude. she said the expiration date was a ""code,"" which sounded like a lie. and she said another vendor sells it; it's not ""her's."" at least take ownership of the products you're selling in your store! and people really shouldn't sell expired goods. i'm positive that this stuff hasn't been touched in ages and they're trying to pass off old food. so beware and thank you for listening.
