DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! My husband and I made the mistake of signing a contract with them in 2005. First of all, their initial term is 3 years and secondly all rollover terms are 12 months non-negotiable. My husband and I had to move out due to deployment shortly after one of these ""rollover"" terms began. THERE IS NO WAY OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT. They will not let the tenants take it over and they will not allow you to cancel without paying out the remainder. We did not even have telephone service to the home, so how could they monitor anything?
