The season for participation in soccer with the Lil Kickers program at Madison Indoor was supposed to run from April 3, 2012 to June 12, 2012 for a total of 11 sessions every Tuesday night from 5:30-6:30pm. On April 17, 2012 (the 3rd meeting in the session) I purchased the remaining 8 classes out of the full 11 for my son to participate in soccer for $80 ($10/session) and a $20 membership fee for a total of $100 via Visa card. The following is what happened on each of the following Tuesday?s: April 24th: had practice May 1st: they cancelled practice (a sign said the teachers were sick) May 8th: had practice May 15th: had practice May 22nd: they cancelled practice (a sign said closed due to electrical issues) May 29th: they cancelled practice (an email said closed due to water damage from a storm) June 5th: had practice June 12th: we were not able to be there and rescheduled for the other class on Saturday June 16th June 16th: the instructor didn?t show up (there was no sign on the door) June 19th: the instructor didn?t show up (there was no sign on the door) June 26th: the instructor didn?t show up (the person in the building Evan Sutherland said that Lil Kickers was over and not scheduled until the next season) My son only went to 4 practices and 6 different times the practice was cancelled or the instructor didn?t show up. I have emailed the instructor at least 3 different times with no response, have made at least 20 calls to the office including leaving a voice message with no response, I have made at least 10 attempts to drive to the office with the door locked and no one there. All of my contact with this program has been with Jeremy Anderson as he is the teacher for the soccer for the Lil Kickers program but he has not returned my emails or my calls. It has been very frustrating to drive to the place expecting my son to practice and then see a sign on the door that it is cancelled. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General to request a refund for the services that were not provided for my son. If they would actually have practice then it would have been a great experience as my son really liked it. So the continuous cancellations is what has made this experience so unsatisfying.
