Review content:
I called RentKing about a house and had a really hard time trying to get an agent to show me a house. They said they couldn't show the house because they had to give the tenant 24 hours notice. When We finally got on the same page to where they could show the house we were to meet there at 8:30 am. I sat there for 30 minutes and no one showed up. When I called they informed me that there was a miscommunication and that someone should have called me. They said the house was already rented after someone looked at it the day before. The day they told me they couldn't because the tenant had to be given notice. I was late for work all because of this! I called the broker and left a message and no one ever called me back to discuss this problem. I called several more times and never got a call back. After reviewing the other comments on this page I am glad that I did not rent the house. I will recommend to all my friends and Facebook friends of this a company not to rent from! They seem to not care about anyone and are very unprofessional!
