Nick always remembers me & my family and asks about us. We feel treated like family, which is a good feeling for us. We enjoy his sense of humor too. He takes great care to get us in right away. Since I usually wait for the service to be completed, he looks in on me if I need anything, keeps me up-to-date on progress or explains patiently any service that needs to be done. Anything that has been worked on has been done correctly and we have had no subsequent problems with the work. He always makes good suggestions. If,say, tires are worn, he presents options for us to consider--never pushy.
