From the moment we got there we felt at ease and comfortable about the whole process. We came prepared and they were pleased with this and very helpful. The entire process was wonderful. I was very nervous about the whole back and forth process when it came to price but it went smoothly and I was only nervous about the last back and forth because it was the ""big"" one. I felt at any time I could walk away but know they wanted the deal and I wanted the car I was interested in. I would tell all my friends to get their next car there.
