Be glad you Google'd this dealership before purchasing a car from them - I wasnt so lucky. I, too, fell victim to Joe's scam. I put a deposit on a car from Joe that needed a bit of work before I could take delivery. After 4 weeks of constant lies and deceit, Joe offered me a refund on my deposit. I accepted, and never received a check. Joe used every excuse in the book, and even blamed it on the mailman at one point. Long story short, it never came, and it took the intervention of the DMV (and a hearing) to get Joe to cough up my cash - over a year later. If you're currently dealing with this POS, and are having issues, immediately save all email conversations and report your problem to the DMV; They know him very well. Good luck. BTW, Joe is now located in Waterbury as the landlord in Beacon Falls would not renew his lease. The entire town rallied around removing him from their main street. After he had moved, they wrote ""NO MOJO"" on the dealerships window - an expression of how happy they were. Sure speaks volumes.
