Very poor customer service in my opinion. Receptionist and technicians we spoke to all had significant attitudes. They were unable to tell us any estimation of time frame they could come to our property, were vague with cost of diagnostics and how long it could potentially take to repair our central air system. We were charged $130 for a diagnostic service, in which they were not able to tell us what was wrong with the system and that it would require additional trips to our house to determine the problem. Even though we had paid for a ""diagnostic service"" we would be charged additional hourly rate for the additional steps they needed to come up with the official diagnosis.
We will not be using them for our repair. Their service is terrible in my opinion. Would avoid this vendor.
