I have been attending classes at M.body and have had an incredible experience each and every time I personally walk through the front door. The environment is open and friendly. The teachers are supportive with your practice and encourage your personal abilities in postures. The garden is beautiful. There is always a calm feeling of tranquility and harmony you receive from being at M. body. I definitely recommend anyone to attend a class and try it out for a great experience.
