Review content:
This shop has yarn for every budget from Cascade 220 to cashmere. The owners (Joan and Karen) are fantastic people and they make sure that they always have at least one experienced knitter in the store to help with problems. They are more than happy to accommodate special orders and it's just a very comfortable place to hang out and knit, or to fondle a wide variety of yarns. This is not a ""competitive"" environment like many other LA stores and they don't cater to the high-end crowd. Instead, they welcome all budgets with open arms.
Pros: Wide variety, wonderful service/people, open 6 days/wk (closed Mon)
Cons: small parking lot, street parking can be a SMALL challenge if it's full
