Review content:
I just signed the lease for are apartment that was supposed to be "" completely renovated"" even after I read the reviews here. I was introduced to this management company through the Halstead Properties Agent, so I thought they will do "" renovations"" as promise, but at the lease signing the property manager said that renovations of certain areas will be just partial. In hope this management company deliver what they promise. I will update my review as soon I see some advance in the work.
