I had an opportunity to work with one of the best agents I've ever worked with --- Mimi Kim. She had a buyer who was looking for a place to either buy or lease right away, because they had just sold their house through her. They saw my tenant moving out of my house one day, and Mimi found me by Googling me. She called me by introducing herself first and then explained their situation (she was very cordial.) The next day she brought her buyer and by the end of the day, they made an offer. The escrow closed within 4 weeks. Everything worked out like a clockwork. I didn't have to worry over anything. Mimi would email me stuff, and I'd fax them back. And the escrow company they used was very organized - AND FRIENDLY! Not like other places where you walk in and no one greets you or even looks up. I highly recommend Mimi and her team!
