Review content:
In October I began a private Pilates class at One On One Pilates Studio. I chose it after hearing positive comments from friends and the great location of the studio. My goal was to find a program that would help me resolve lower back problems and add streghth to improve my golf game. The results have been amazing. My core has improved tremendously, my back pain almost totally eliminated, and best of all, my golf game has improved. On top of it all, working with the staff is a real pleasure. They are knowledgable, friendly, fun, and the equipment and facility are first rate. I enjoy my time and I am always surprised how fast the hour goes by.
Pros: Great staff, location, facility and equipment. Plenty of parking.
