Review content:
We went to Silver Pelican in November for Christmas photos. A short time later we placed our order, only to find out that don't even guarantee Christmas delivery for those ordering 3 weeks ahead. They told me this was in my confirmation email, but surprise, it wasn't. They told me it was on my on-line proof sheet, but surprise, it is not. Unprofessional, poor service means I won't be using them or recommend them to anyone. We get better service at Target Photo Studio!
Cons: Poor customer service, poor communication
