About a month ago, I complained on this site about the fact that David Thomas Excavation left a large block of cement on my lawn after a job they did over a year ago. I paid them the whole amount (mistake) and then called and called asking them to finish up, but with no results. Within a month of posting this review, however, the cement block on my lawn disappeared! So now I've upped my overall rating to three stars, since the work they did was quite good, with many thanks to Citysearch for help with the follow-through! It does seem unfortunate, however, that you have to either owe this company money or write nasty reviews on the internet in order to get them to finish a job.
Pros: Fair price, good for heavy excavation work
Cons: Doesn't clean up after the job is done
