I hired RJM after paying thousands to another PI firm in San Antonio with no results. RJM blew this other company out of the water with their professionalism and committment to service for the client. I hired them after suspecting my husband of 11 years was cheating, and his schedule was really crazy so he was hard to catch out and about. RJM assigned a female investigator out of New Braunfels to my case, and she was a Godsend. She was so professional and clearly felt compassion which I think made the difference in her level of committment to my case. The other firm I had hired took about $3,000 of my money and simply quit the case with ""ma'am, we couldn't find him anywhere."" They took forever to return my emails and phone calls but had no prblem cashing my checks. RJM was totally different, and updated me before I could even think to call them. My investigator from RJM knew my case would be difficult, as she said to me when I talked to her the first time, so she came up with other ways and approaches which finally got the documentation and evidence I needed to go on with divorce proceedings. I am convinced her efforts are what made the case for me in court and made the difference in sole custody of my 4 children. Not only did she find out about the affair but also about some substance use I was clueless about. She even went so far as to recommend an attorney and counselor in my area! I feel like I got so much for my money with RJM and I'll shout it to the world. I owe them my gratitude because of how above and beyond they went. If you contact them for anything ask for the female investigator (can't give names on here I guess) in New Braunfels. I can't promise results but I just know they are trustworthy and really show integrity in how they conduct business. Good luck!
Pros: Extremely customer service oriented and professional. Less expensive than other firms in the area.
Cons: I wish they would have had an office. I think they are getting one though.
