I can't wait to go back. Las Tortugas offers amazing sandwiches and tacos, neither of which are like what cookie-cutter mexican restaurants serve. This place mimicks modern Mexican food, and even offers delicious pure fruit juices to go with. I had the red snapper tortuga, and it was incredible. All the ingredients are so fresh, and it's obvious that the whole establishment is a labor of love.
