Review content:
I had car trouble this morning that led my car to being 25% in the driveway and 75% in the road. I called ASAP Towing (listed as Discount Towing in the phone book) and got an awesome deal of $50 flat rate towing to my mechanic, no mileage charges. I was excited. The gentleman told me it'd be 40 minutes, which I felt was an eternity because my car had already been in the street for a couple of hours while I talked to my mechanic and tried to figure out what to do. About an hour and 10 minutes after I got off the phone with the guy, I called back and let him know the truck was half an hour late. He insisted that the driver must have been held up and would arrive in a couple of minutes. He also said he'd call just to check. About 15 minutes after that, I get a call from the tow truck driver saying that he was 15 minutes away. I said alright, but I have been waiting 80 minutes and I was told that it would only be 40, and my car is projecting into the street. He informed me that they had called him about me and my car only 15 minutes ago (right after I called and reminded them). When he got there, he pulled on the broken strut and messed with my screwed up tire even more before towing it away. I feel that this entire situation was unprofessional, and that I will most certainly not use them again. They have a different name on their receipts than they do in their phone book, and they answer their phone using a third company name. Stick with something like Boise Valley Towing. I know I will.
