Nestled among other restaurants on the Sixth Avenue strip is one that should not be overlooked. The Silk Thai Cafe has a diverse menu but our favorites include ""Jumping Prawn Salad"" a delicious blend of fresh fruits, crisp greens, nuts, succulent shrimp and a tangy dressing; or the the regular ""House Salad"" is huge and not to be overlooked which includes a more than generous serving of chicken (shrimp or beef if you prefer), greens, fresh crisp shredded veggies, ample basil and a pungent dressing; or if you are in the mood for something hot, try ""Garlic Chicken"" or ""Mixed Vegetables with Chicken"" be sure to try their wonderful coconut rice on the side. We eat at the Silk Thai at least 5 or 6 times a month and would go there more often if we lived closer. This is a highly recommended spot for great Thai food!!!
