Review content:
We reserved a U-Haul and it was assigned to this location. Our reservation was confirmed and is supposedly guaranteed, but when we went to pick up the truck it wasn't there. The man told us that he let someone else use it for a few hours. We went back later and it was still out, and when we asked when it would be back he got mad and said he wouldn't rent to us, even when it was returned!! The ""customer service"" here is ZILCH! It's run by some backwoods guy who can't even talk to people, let alone follow through on promises. DON'T trust these guys!!! We ended up having to rent a one-way truck from a different U-haul location a day late due to their incompetence.
