""Fine Dining"" seems to be overused these days to describe many restaurants. Places that don't have the atmosphere, the service, the linens, the flatware, the wine glasses, the wine selection and so much more that defines fine dining, but most of all the food. BistroM however, is the very definition of Fine Dining, a real gem for McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley. Chef Marcel and staff serve some of the best wine selections and gourmet food around along with tremendous amounts of attention to detail and care. There is no better place to dine in the RGV, and from what i have seen in my travels, Bistro M ranks with the best on a national scale.
