I never would recommend the monthly message program. Dates are difficult to confirm, showed up for my message and the owner was supposed to make the appropriate changes but he misunderstood and would make no compensation or credits for the many inconveniences I had to make to get a massage appointment to fit into their schedule. The Ja Ross massage program adds stress instead of relieving your stress. Don?t bother and save yourself the frustrations. Owner needs to attend customer service training.
