Review content:
Took a large group here. Even thought we called ahead, we were kept waiting for over 90 minutes, outside, in 100 degree temps. We were repeatedly told that they were having trouble seating us because of the size of our group, even though we told them that we did not have to be seated together. We sat and watched as several other large groups were seated ahead of us. Finally, I asked to see the mgr. Was told he was not there, even though I had already seen him speaking to the hostess. I insisted, and amazingly the mgr materialized!! We were finally seated and were given free appetizers, although the mgrs attitude was poor. I believe we were not seated right away because ours was a group of special needs adults. I would never eat here again. We enjoyed our visit to Omaha, but this restaurant gave the city of huge black eye!
Pros: our waitstaff was excellent
Cons: Manager was snotty. Host/Hostess were terrible.
