I don't know what the other person that rated this apt. is talking about.. this is the second year I've lived here and it WILL be the last! The maintenance hasn't responded to ANY of the problems that they told me would be fixed within weeks of me moving in! Including the leaking sink that leaks gallons of water under the sink daily, the leaking refrigerator that ruins anything I put in the fridge, broken blinds, AC problems, etc... the list goes on! It takes FOREVER for anyone to call back when you put in a call, and there's almost NEVER a time when you can find management or maintenance on the property! There isn't anyone to clean so the entrances are always nasty and dirty. It sometimes takes the grass being a foot tall before they get someone over to cut it. Yea it may be cheaper than most apts. in Lawrence, but if you want any decent kind of living you probably want to look elsewhere! ! !
