Review content:
How can I say this computer repair center is terrible? Here's what happened, I contacted their services around May 24th of 2011 asking if they had a 15"" Mac Book Pro screen with model # and age of Mac Book since the parts change by year and if they could install. Yes so they claimed so by the 26th I had dropped off my computer. I was given a fair price, their office was hard to locate but well kept, their employees well friendly, and I waited for 20 mins to speak to someone inside the building as their only visiable customer. I called the next week asking about the status. I was informed it would be 1 more day beyond their original expectation of 5-6 days. Now its been a week which if your keeping track is the current estimation of time for repair... I am informed they ordered the incorrect part after being informed what the part was before I dropped my computer off. They expressed their apologies and ask for roughly a week for the new part and its installation.
