Review content:
I am horrified by the way that my dog was treated at this facility. She came home severely dehydrated, having lost six pounds in five days and had gashes of missing fur under her chin and on her nose. She looked absolutely terrified. She had scabs all over her head and a sore on her stomach. She is a 7 month old puppy who was left with much larger dogs during communal feedings - I imagine she was attacked every time that she tried to eat. She was kept in a small cage with other dogs and was never walked or let into a green space (do NOT be fooled by the website). She came home filthy and looking like a stray and my always energetic and happy pupy laid down in the back of my car and barely moved. She drank three bowls of water right after she came home and did nothing but eat for two days. All of my interactions with him were uncomfortable, rude and abrupt. He tried to hold my dog down to look at the gashes after I confronted him and she ran away from him terrified. I tried to put a stop payment on my check, but Dave cashed the check right after I left. I tried to get my money back but Dave seems to think that a three inch gash underneath my puppy's chin is a normal injury. I was horrified and can't help but wonder what would have happened to my pup if I hadn't come home early.
