We were treated with no respect and a ""Holier than thou"" attitude. I wished I never brought my dog there. I too thought the recomendations were true and by other people who brought their pet there. I asked that he feed Harrison (my dog) twice per day, however said he feeds all dogs once per day at same time. ""Dogs don't eat much during the heat, so once is good enough. He then put Harrison in the cage, rolled down the sides (to block from sun) like he was a convict. My girlfriend picked him up only to be surprised by his attitude. NEVER EVER WILL I BRING MY DOG TO THIS PLACE. I would think twice (if you care for your pet) about boarding them at this place. Plus, no matter how early you pick them up, you pay for the whole day. Please contact me if you have any questions or want further examples. NEVER AGAIN!
