I can't believe that the Olive Garden would place in ANY 'best' list. It is to Italian food, what Chi Chi's is to Mexican.......If my husband ever brought me there for romance, I'd have to have his head examined. He knows that the best romantic spot for me is Cariera's Cucina in Dearborn Heights........
Pros: cheap eats, convenient locations
Cons: budget flavor, budget atmosphere, just plain tacky
