Review content:
Everything from start to finish was amazing. The fried oysters with pernod fennel cream, the crab cakes, the decadent brownie sundae with hazelnut gelato. The service was outstanding, extremely friendly and accomodating. Very knowledgeable, down to earth staff made the meal all the more enjoyable. The atmosphere is very cozy, ecclectic, shabby chic. I felt right at home. 3 people, appetizer, 3 entrees, dessert and a bottle of wine for under $100. You cannot go wrong, and you would be very hard pressed to find a restaurant with such a unique atmosphere and wonderful food. It seems a bit out of the way if you aren't familiar with the area, but it is so worth it. Make the trip, check out the neighborhood, because there are some really interesting looking bars around there, and then head back to touristy Thames St and the Harbor. This is my new place...
Pros: Great Food, Outstanding Service, Great Atmosphere
Cons: Parking can be tricky, But isn't it always?
