This trainer is out of control! He has the right idea - knows what he's doing as far as the training goes - but lacks in the ability to work with you on a level headed basis if you don't understand your nutrition or how to do something - you will definitely be yelled at and treated as a child - and probably kicked out of his studio. So if you're able to do what your told to do and don't ask any questions you'll do just fine. He needs work on his communicating skills and working with the client instead of against the client. Good Luck.
