Review content:
I trained with M back in November 2005 for a month. I lost 19 pounds in that short time just by following his workout plan and keeping track of my food journal. I never went back due to my own personal issues. It had nothing to do with M personally. About a year later, I tried another trainer who was recommended by a friend. She was okay, but she didn't make me accountable for what I ate. It's like she didn't really care about that part of my life. M is an awesome trainer and he's right. If you want to be successful in your weight loss journey, life change, etc., you definitely need to have that COMMITMENT that he mentioned. You need to be ready to bring your ""A GAME"" on when working out with him. He holds you accountable for what you're eating or putting in your body. He cares! Yes, He will push you to the limit, but it's for your own benefit. He's there to help you achieve your weight loss goals. It's not gonna come easy, come on people. Pros: He will kick your butt in the gym, which is a good thing! Cons: His facility was kinda too far for me to drive too every other day!
