Review content:
I've been to chops about 10-15 times and always had excellent service and delicious food. Tonight, I had tainted meat, a 14oz strip. The management tried to cover it up by stating it was the dry aging process. Well, when meat smells like fermaldehyde I would tend to think it might be tainted and the dry aging process has been going on a bit to long! For management to cover it up by saying it was the dry aging process is ridiculous and an insult to my intelligence. Typically, when a customer is served tainted food, a manager should comp the entire table because everyone is affected by the incident, and to ensure all parties involved return for better cuisine and a chance for the restaurant to redeem itself. Free desserts don't make up for tainted meat. Service was wonderful, management has horrible, and so was the food. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about.
Pros: Service
Cons: Attitude of indifference
