Stopping by without an appointment on a weekend...I knew I was asking for a headache. I had to pick up my bridesmaid dress for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised. The store was very busy and still I was greeted pleasantly, assisted professionally and appreciated the friendly sales staff amongst all of the hustle and bustle of brides-to-be. I was given personal service and when I needed alterations, everything was set up without a problem. As someone with years of customer service experience, I am not easily impressed. I've read the previous negative reviews; however, the customer service I experienced on my encounter was exceptional-keep up the good work and thank you.
