Fortunately I was smart enough to buy my dress somewhere other than David's Bridal, but I did try to have my bridal party wear shoes from this place. They were advertised in a catalog in January and by mid-March still not in stores. And when I called weekly, this store would give me the run around. They never tried to go out of their way to help me get the answers for this. It was a complete lack of customer service and at other times I was lied to. And, they also wanted me to buy the shoes that I have only seen in a catalog from an East coast store, but then promised they could NOT be returned. I would never buy shoes without first trying on if I knew I couldn't return. That's crazy! I would never ever recommed this store to anyone, I think you would only go here if you wanted to have your wedding experience ruined. And another note -- I went to some of the ""fancier"" bridal shops to look for my dress and the one I ended up buying was CHEAPER than one I found at David's Bridal. So even if you think you might try it for cheap dresses, don't do it! Inexpensive dresses CAN be found at other great shops that give you a wonderful experience!
