Review content:
I recently bought $250 worth of cleaning at a benefit auction that was donated by this company. When I contacted them to do the cleaning I was informed that I should have been given gift certificates when I paid the auction people. I called the people in charge of the auction, which turned out to be the in-laws of the company owner, and told them my problem, they in turn informed her that they had accidentally thrown the certificates away but that I indeed had bought the cleaning services and I had the receipt showing that I had bought $250 worth of cleaning donated by them. I asked the owner if she could just reissue me new certificates since her sister in-law had told her that they were thrown away by accident and she said she would if I contacted her sister in-law one more time to confirm they really had lost the originals and that I would have to bring her my original receipt which I said I still have. Of course its been several months and now she just refuses to do any of the cleaning I paid for or return my call.
