I used to drive 15 minutes to Moore to get my hair cut by someone who cut a ton of my sorority sisters' hair. The place wasn't professional, but it was cheap and she always did a good cut with a razor- giving me a trendy look. I couldn't get a hold of her last time so I tried somewhere new, Glow, and am now happily driving 1 minute to get my hair cut. Jennifer was a highly knowledgeable BARBER and listened to everything I had to say and tried 100% to make sure I was satisfied with my cut and color. When I asked about a straight razor she said that my hair is so fine that it would be bad for my hair, I can't believe how long I had been doing that. She also explained that barbers go through many more hours of actual hair school than someone who just has been to cosmetology school and now cuts hair. She did an awesome job and it was very comfortable in there. As someone said before, it's not that busy in there, but are you going out to be seen while getting your hair done? I liked the calm atmosphere and to just 'hang out' and talk about gossip mags I was reading while getting my hair done. It also allowed her to spend as much time with me as needed, no rushing. I bought a bunch of products - they also have a brand you can't find easily called ENJOY- the shampoo I got smells fantastic (like cucumbers). When I called for an appointment I got one the next day, no waiting a week. Highly suggest! Pros: Very knowledgeable barber Cons: I can't think of any!
