My wife and I took a trip down looking for a Grand Cherokee they had on the lot. We had done our homework on the 05 Escalade we were trading in and knew it was worth at bare minimum 19K for a trade in without the options and conditions it is currently in. They did an ""appraisal"" on our truck and came back with a ridiculous low number of 14.5K. They stated the truck was in excellent condition but due to gas prices no-one would want this truck in the near future. Regardless they wanted to make about 6K off our sale to them and would not deal on their end at all. Total waste of a trip. If you are going to buy from them don't bring a vehicle to trade and make sure you look over the car very carefully. I found a laundry list of things wrong on the cherokee and they had no plans of fixing these things. Also the truck was not detailed and very dirty inside.
