Review content:
While buying a car for my 16 year old daughter. I asked specific questions. Twice about the brakes in particular. When I took it in 2 days later for an oil change, I found out it needed not only new brakes but the rotors had to be replaced. I was very disheartened considering I had a conversation with Scott the saleman about how the dealership was based on honesty. It was what sealed my deal. I didn't think he would lie. He told me ""the brakes had been checked and they are good, there is nothing wrong with the car."" There are other things wrong with the car, (about $1000.00 in mechanical repairs) but I didn't specifically ask about those so I will not fault him on those. But the brakes I think are inexcusable. And of course, now Scott is never there when we call, and our calls are not returned. We even spoke with the dealership owner who told us our call would be returned. We told them we kept the brake parts so they could see them. I am not one who likes to speak poorly of others but I don't want to see anyone taken advantage of. So please be careful, take the vehicle you are thinking about purchasing to a mechanic first. I am VERY sorry I didn't. When I told him at the end of a conversation that I appreciated his honesty, he replied... that's the only way we work here. Hmm, guess I was taken, therefore I can not recommend them.
Pros: They are friendly.
Cons: Unfortunately they are typical used car sales persons. Only out for the sale.
