Review content:
El Amigo has a pretty standard line-up of mexican food-pretty much anything with beans, beef, cheese, and a tortilla. What's the main reason I enjoy dining here? The best salsa I've ever had rests in the kitchen at El Amigo, not to mention the relatively joyous servers who bring the food to the table[even teach you a little spanish from time to time]. I've been here more than a few times, and I've never had to wait for a table. The place isn't the most vividly attractive place in the world, but the atmosphere itself is nice. The cheese is to die for[it's a nice white cheese instead of the traditional cheddar]. If Taco Bell isn't cuttin' it and you're in the mood for some genuine mexican food, I'd head over to the homey little mexican restaurant off of South Cannon Blvd.
Pros: Great food[salsa especially], Nice people
Cons: In Kannapolis[not exactly the center of all things party-related]
