I am sad to have gone into David Bridal they weren't very nice people. They staff made me feel very unwelcome. As an African Woman I was made to wait for my appointment until the receptionist finish servicing the other customers. That was the first day I should have left than but tried to stay. We wanted to purchase undergarments for the wedding only to be given dirty under apparels to purchase at FULL PRICE. How can this be allowed to continued to go on if this is really a store policy?? My gown the latch in the back was broken, they never offered to assist me in trying the dress on, on alteration day until I spoke out loudly and it was soiled dont expect them to keep it safe until you return for final purchase, anybody can try it on. I am sadden by this service and will never go there again
