If I would have known David's Bridal was this unorganized, I would have NEVER used them! My bridesmaids got their dresses from here (Thank God I didn't get my wedding gown here!) When their dresses arrived they called me on 4 different occasions asking to set up an appointment for alterations. We set up this appointment the day they purchased them. When I told them this all 4 times they wrote it down again-but I have no idea where becuase when we went in for the alterations they said that we didn't have an appointment. Finally they did see us. And then their brother company ""Men's Warehouse""...it's about the same! If you want your wedding plans to go smoothly-don't use David's Bridal!
