The Salesman Ron Batista was great, Nate the F&I manager not so great. Sold me a 3 year 36k mile warranty. Was supposed to be bumper to bumper no deductible. Just got a confirmation in the mail. Says 2 year 24K miles, with a $100 deductible supposed to be Toyota Certified Extended Warranty its some other company. Who would buy a two year extended warranty on a low mile Toyota. If get no traction when I attempt to contact General Manager as I have read the reviews here and elsewhere and these guys.
UPDATE
I spoke with the general manager explained my situation, he looked into it called me back, told me they will upgrade it to a 36k bumper to bumper with a disappearing deductible ( if I bring it to them they will cover the deductible) I am satisfied. Thank you Tim Bruno for making the error correction and taking care of your customer. Nate a little customer service continued education and you will be OK.
