Review content:
I purchased a brand new truck from these hacks. I had problems with it the right away. I notified the dealer of the issues the DAY AFTER I purchased it. The truck does not drive straight the tires/ front end are all out of wack, its gotten worse and worse to the point where the truck is unsafe to drive. The response I get from Rt. 44 toyota's general manager MR. Bruno was not to come back, I am no longer welcome at his dealership, because of all the negative reviews/complaints I have been writing. I tried being patient with these guys. They had my truck for a whole week, during that time I was not even given a loaner car. It has been back several different times still not fixed. I called toyota corporate and set up an appointment with the local field rep to take a look at my truck, 3 days before that appointment is when I talked to Mr. Bruno (in person at the dealership)and he told me not to come back, when I asked if the toyota rep was still meeting with me that friday the response I got was ""not at my dealership"" This is the second brand new vehicle I have purchased from this place in less than a year and this is how I am treated, from what I can see this is how alot of people are treated here. Take my advice (or dont) and just stay away. My truck was a red 2011 Tundra TRD Rock Warrior, Double cab.
