Review content:
Out of my 6 years in New York, living all over the city, Sassouni was by far the worst management company to deal with. Not only did we have to fight with the company to get ANYTHING fixed in the apartment but they also tried to keep the interest from our security deposits upon moving out. I had to remind the woman on the phone that it is state law that the tenant receive the interest. Not to mention that our returned security deposits were returned on handwritten checks-- which leads me to believe that they never put the money into a separate account than their own (which is very much against the law).
Just stay away if possible.
