I've lived in a building managed by Sassouni for over three years and after reading all of these reviews I believe I must've gotten very lucky. YES, Sassouni is AWFUL. Ambi truly is as evil and horrible as other users have described, and the worst part is, she's the ONLY person at Sassouni that can make any decisions. I had to fight VERY HARD and it took a lot of calling back and demanding her attention to keep her from raising my rent drastically year after year. And the Company is completely negligent in terms of problems in your building....
