Though I can't speak for anyone else's experiences, I was quite surprised to read some of the reviews on citysearch regarding sassouni management. I just resigned my lease for a second year in my east village 1 bedroom aparrment. Firstly, the apartment is fantastic. I absolutley love it and will never move out. It is in great condition, and it is apparent that it has been well maintained over the years. Beyond that, any problem I've ever had has been remedied in a very timely fasion. Many thanks to Tony for that! Though few and far between, here is an example: Shortly after I moved in I had a problem with my oven. Tony came ande checked it out and resolved that it would be more cost effective to replace the oven than to try to repair it. Two days later I had a brand new stove.
